Recently featured in Forbes “30 Under 30, North America 2023,” in the Food and Drink category for “redefining the way we eat, drink and think about consumption,” is Becca Millstein, the CEO/Co-Founder of tinned seafood company, Fishwife. Before Fishwife, Becca specialized in music brand partnerships and artist marketing at Atlantic Records and ICM Partners. Fishwife is a female-founded and led food company aiming to make ethically-sourced, premium, and delicious tinned seafood a staple in every cupboard. The company sources from responsibly managed fisheries and aquaculture farms to bring the vibrance of conservas culture to the North American table.

Under Becca’s leadership, Fishwife has ushered in the rise of premium tinned seafood in the US since the company’s launch in December 2020. The company has been proclaimed the leader of “America’s tinned fish Renaissance” by INSIDER, and has been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Refinery29, New York Magazine, Epicurious, Condé Nast Traveler, and other publications.

This presentation is for anyone who's a fan of tinned fish, iconic branding (so iconic. Check it out if you haven't already!), or sustainable seafood. Learn about the increasingly popular tinned fish movement and Becca’s own career path to founding the company. Also, get inspired to use tinned fish at home during a brief cooking demo following Becca’s presentation!
