Elmendorf Baking Supplies and Cafe is a home for Boston's baking community-- a place where experienced bakers can take their craft to the next level, and hobbyists can sharpen their skills. CIA-trained baker, Alex Artinian, will guide us through a high-level overview of grains, the health benefits and flavor nuances of freshly ground grains, how grains are milled in house at Elmendorf and how you can incorporate more grains into your home cooking or baking.
